Exchange Policy

We at Plus Panda hope you love our products just as much as we do! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the exchange only and no cash back returns.

If you are not a hundred percent satisfied with your product for whatsoever reason, simply trace back to your order and choose the exchange option. This must be done within three days of receiving the order. Alternatively, you can also e-mail us on care.pluspanda@gmail.com and we will be happy to process the exchange for you.

Plus Panda offers a exchange request policy to our customers.

The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Process Of Exchange Request -

  1. Login to your Plus Panda account and place a exchange request.
  2. Hand over the product to the logistics team member for pick up.

Eligibility For Successful Pick-Up -
The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging.

Upon examination, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips.
